Jams Karaoke - NEWCASTLE WEST

We hired out the venue for out Christmas party such a cool vibe and so much fun. From the moment we arrived to the time we left the staff were super accommodating and friendly. Extra big shout out to liv behind the bar she is amazing at her job. Looked after us all night with some great drinks!

Got told to leave 15 minutes before our booking ended “for housekeeping”, even though we had evidence of our booking time. Really disappointed that the booking time doesn’t take housekeeping into account, and that our confirmation email doesn’t mention this.

Such a fun place and atmosphere. The staff are friendly, the drinks are wonderful. Really great range. The karaoke in the main bar is fun and the rooms are also awesome. Really worth a visit!

What a brilliant set up! I brought a group of 15 people for a birthday party and we had a super fun time in the private rooms. Great selection of music, the drinks were delicious and well priced. All the staff were excellent. Very impressive sound proofing too! Very clever given the “quality” of our singing lol. There’s already talk of when we’ll be back next which, for a group of our age, says a lot about how good Jams Karaoke Bar is!

Amazing place the owner has totally recreated a Japanese karaoke bar, rooms are fully soundproofed and Japanese machines. Comfy and fun, a really unique place. Ordered fries and they never came... When I asked about them when we left there was no sorry, just 'ok I 'll take that off for you '. Perhaps this place can work on some Japanese level service! Or they don 't need the extra custom.
