Nice environment, helpful staff and good food. Best coffee in the Westfield centre. Being a regular I mostly have the same meal choices so can't really express too much about other dishes but as a large group we have between us breakfasts that include cheese fingers, scones, egg dishes, raisin toast and an array of coffee's and tea's. Been coming here each week for over a decade and remain a happy customer. View all feedback.

I thought I'd made a good choice my choosing this cafe for a quick bite to eat because i was starving, all I wanted was some sourdough toast and a coffee or something. I can't have dairy so I wasn't expecting anything outstanding but I ordered "thick cut toast with served with a selection of preserves" and a chai latte. The latte was watery and only warm, when the toast came out I was immediately disappointed. It was plain white toast SMOTHERED in butter, with jam, Vegemite, and peanut butter on the side. Hardly preserves. I dealt with it but I wanted to have a stern talking to the waitress about how disappointed I was. Never going back, worst service ever. No check backs or asked how the food was. No wonder the place had only two people in it.
Went in for a meal and after ordering we received our meals, two of the four meals we ordered were wrong. We asked the waitress if she could please fix it and Bring us the orders we asked for and she turned and said to us well what do you want me to do about it in a very snarky tone!. (Well get us the meals we ordered obviously?) she took away the incorrect meals and did not apologise. They then brang the exact same plates back with the exact same meal?? ( beacause it was cold) 10 mins later and still no right order ... moral of the story it took them 5 times to get the order right and nearly an hour and a half .We know it was put through correctly because they promptly brand us the bill after we ordered. Not once did we get an apology and we copped attitude from all but one of the waitstaff. The place only had us 4 and two tables of two... from someone who works in hospiatality I will not be returning and tell all I know not to go here. I cannot express how awful the service was and average the food was. Much better cafes in the mall to eat at.

So do you know how to say sorry ? I have been eating at your cafe and your service has it moments but this is last time i visit and support a local business. I asked how a food bill for two people could be forty dollars and the waitress challenged me for asking how much it is. As i said, we always have the same thing and i know the price. Yes there was an error in the billing, you were glad to take my money after adding up on a calculator but no receipt and no apology for the error. You must know who are your regulars surley.
