The wine is to expensive and the food was average. Will never go back no wonder the pub was empty. It was always a busy bar not now no atmosphere and expensive

The new Korean menu is an exciting change from the usual pub grub Throughly enjoyed the beef in blackbean sauce..extremely tasty..friendly bar staff... an all round pleasant atmosphere...I will definitely visit again..sooner rather than later..

Recently, my husband, a friend, and I visited The Queen Victoria for some post-Christmas drinks. The staff were welcoming, and one lady even went out of her way to assist my husband in finding the disabled bathroom. The drinks were fantastic, and the ambiance of the bar was delightful. We definitely plan on returning soon.

I went to the qv on a busy Friday night. First time in ages I have seen it busy. Bought a drink and at half ten a girl came around to tell us it was last orders. Half ten !!!! I couldn't believe it. A very miserable man behind the bar was clearing the mats away ready to close at 11. Then at 10.45 about 10 people came in to have drinks to be told it was closing..who ever owns this bar has put the wrong people in to look after it. It will be closed again soon as me and my two Friends definitely won't go back.

Very friendly, helpful staff. We had Sunday lunch which was delicious. Excellent service. Only complaint was that we had no room for a desert.
