The interior of Master Restaurant is beautifully elegant and the lighting is perfect for a lovely dinner. The staff were very friendly and the service was very speedy. We ordered the seabass and it was presented wonderfully as shown in the picture. The fish was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. This restaurant is very welcoming and has a separate menu with plenty of vegan options. I ordered the Hong Kong style sweet and sour vegan "huh" with boiled rice, which was delicious and tasty. However, I felt that the "huh" could use a bit more texture for my liking and I would have preferred the paprika to be cooked a little more. The sauce was delicious though.
