Marco Pierre White Steakhouse

We had dinner here last night as we stay in the hotel, we booked marcos as we saw how busy it can be. last night was especially different from the top steak house we have eaten several times. not many diners there on a Friday night of a bank holiday weekend. eating was excellent, however, our steaks were cooked to perfection! the staff was very polite. covid has in any case impact on the staff, as with all restaurants, but I can't knock the food.

I was there yesterday for afternoon tea with friends and it had to be the worst afternoon tea I've had. The sandwiches were dry must have been made hours before) we had to ask for cream for the scones and the cakes were definitely not fresh. We were served one glass of prosecco and although we would have liked to have ordered another drink there was no waiter to take our order.

Absolutely rubbish !!! All 10 of us left our meals . The Staff and Manager were very nice mind and totally understood . We were very disapointed as we have had a bad few years and wanted to try and enjoy that evening which was totally spoit .

Fabulous afternoons today celebrate my daughter birthday. the staff was great, very attentive and friendly. eating was delicious and made my daughter day extra special by presenting her with a chocolate art happy birthday! many thanks. mpw newcastle we will return

10/10 food selection 5/10 food standard 5/10 food very average eating, burger is their best option. if someone in their party is vegetarian the choice is an article per curs. many of the menus were also not available, but the personal was exemplary when it proposes alternatives. dessert was absolutely excellent! 10/10! the personal was super! very friendly, courteous, courteous and attentive, they do so an amazing work are all a credit to the company! they helped transform an eventful experience into as positive experience as possible, their efforts were very appreciated. the food was well presented and well cooked, but the menu needs a revitation to do nothing with the in-house chefs. a very overrated restaurant.
