Had the chicken,- speck and avocado sandwich to take today as part of a great order for my work, the sandwich was packed with fresh ingredients and went a tasty bite! great place, thanks for offering me a nice lunch during these strange Kovid shutdowns. I'm sure I'm back!

I'm a native and I'm always coming. there is a wide range of sandwiches, wraps and the amazing suppe of the day! the ingredients are always fresh and tasty and the staff are all so beautiful. it's a joy to go safely there.

Great small sandwich shop. it is a regular hunting for my office and I have no doubt that it will remain so for some time. eating is always great, I have never spoken a bad word or a disappointment about eating from here. 100% recommend every day of the week.

Bait is one of these real gems! it was opened during the lockdown, but always safe and efficient. when they work or study near and they are looking for a healthy, fast and affordable bite to eat bait is the place to go. there are also many vegan and vegetarian options. my fav is the multigrain roll with halloumi, falafel, roasted red paprika, spinat and chipotle mayo. definitiw the best sandwich in the city.

Now one of my favourite food places in Newcastle. Great place for a healthy lunch that's made well and doesn't break the bank!
