Koh-i-noor Indian

This restaurant experience was absolutely terrible. We booked a table for a leaving party with 16 people, only to arrive and be told they didn't have enough staff on to accommodate us. This is not the first time this has happened at this restaurant. I would not recommend it to anyone, in fact I believe the business should be shut down as it is completely useless.

The restaurant greeted us warmly, the service staff was friendly and professional, the food was delicious and beautifully presented, and the prices were excellent. The restaurant was also very clean. We will definitely be coming back.

On arrival the appearance of the restaurant was dirty in certain areas(shelving surfaces were thick in dust) the waiters were inexperienced the table service was poor because of there inexperience ive been going to the Kohinoor over 40 years that was the worst experience

Went for a meal service was great staff friendly had the khadi chicken tikka it was lovely with garlic non and fries great meal highly recommend and definitely go again

Had a booking but when we arrived we were told that the kitchen was closed. They did offer mains only but then only to be told no naan bread. When we asked if any kitchen staff on site they got very aggressive and we left. Very disappointing. Would not visit again. Very poor service and no food
