I visit Fogg Street often as I cannot get enough of the soup and toasted ciabatta bread combo. Doesn’t matter what the flavour of the day is; it is ALWAYS delicious. Service is always friendly and efficient from Will. Cakes and muffins also delicious every...time though I try and resist! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Fogg Street Coffee:
I searched on Google for a vegan cafe and found this place. They had good coffee and a vegan pannini available. Although they could have easily convinced me to buy a cake, they didn't even try after I asked about vegan options. The decor was simple, which seems to be trendy. View all feedback.

This is a great place to have a quiet coffee or home-made soup. Excellent quality, Latin American coffee, unassuming and not expensive. Prob the best in Newcastle under Lyme, everything is just amazing.
I’ve had coffee in here before which was very good but thought I’d go the whole hog and eat this time. Really lovely home made broccoli, celeriac and cauliflower soup with toasted ciabatta and as someone said previously, the butteriest butter. Tasted fantastic and I...loved the nice chilled but efficient chap serving too. All this and an apple juice for less than the price of a coffee at most places. Can’t fault it.
Love this coffee shop, it’s a fabulous little gem in Newcastle under Lyme. Not really a soup person but this place has changed my mind- there’s a daily soup on offer (usually combinations like squash/vegetable, sweet potato/carrot, leek/potato) and I have always been mega impressed....The soup is available for take out too and it comes with some toasted ciabatta with the BUTTERYEST butter EVER- so so so good!! I’ve sampled the cookies and muffins and they’re so tasty, fresh and well baked. Everything seems to be home made so bravo for that! I don’t drink coffee but my (hard to please other half said it was absolutely gorgeous. Fantastic prices- I think for a soup and a hot drink at lunch time.
