What Linda C doesn't like about Castle Oatcakes:
I bought 60 oatcakes to bring back to Wales with me, as I freeze them. I have bought from many places before, but Castle Oatcakes was convenient for me while passing through Newcastle. I called ahead in the morning and they had them ready for me in a bag. I didn't check them before leaving, but when I got home, I found that half of them were burnt and some were smaller than usual. Coffee cake. beautifully displayed sweet tasty - it is a crouch-end rubber oasis for a sugary pick-me-up.

My wife and I just tried to eat the mega-sweet cake. we didn't even make it. it was very tasty with all well cooked. it is also of great value considering that on our attempt, fortunately, it would feed a family of four. the staff are very friendly and only about 10 minutes from the order, which was considered on Sunday morning I was pleasantly surprised. I would highly recommend burg wafer cake and especially the mega wafer cake.
