What Kenny A likes about Bailey's Vintage Tea Room:
Returning to “ Castle “ for family visit we took a stroll up from our Hotel and stumbled upon Baileys. The mere sight on the menu of Oatcakes suggested we have to enter. We were not disappointed, it was like a full breakfast but better. The staff were friendly and funny and it was great to hear,” tara duck” as we departed. Cracking little quaint coffee shop. Highly recommended View all feedback. What hush hushreviewer doesn't like about Bailey's Vintage Tea Room:
The staff is friendly and the prices are acceptable, although they could be lower. The decor is average. My chorizo toastie was bland and lacked flavor, it was so dry that it nearly put me to sleep. The salad that came with it was simple. The side sauce they served with it was strange. Overall, it was not a good experience. View all feedback.

Very comfortable seating area upstairs with a wide choice of teas herbal and otherwise and a great selection of cakes. Great place to meet up with friends

Bailey's Vintage Tearoom offers a mixed experience, with some customers enjoying the charming ambiance, good service, and delicious food, while others felt disappointed by bland dishes, strange side sauces, and lackluster service. Despite mixed reviews, the tearoom's varied menu, homemade cakes, and friendly staff seem to make it worth a visit for those who appreciate a traditional tearoom experience with a few hiccups along the way. Whether you enjoy freshly made sandwiches or cozy homestyle breakfasts, Bailey's Vintage Tearoom offers a quaint atmosphere in the town center with plenty of potential for a satisfying meal.
