Just want to give a huge shoutout to Rimsha and her team who welcomed us happily during the snow storm! We came in around 8:30 PM with one other customer in line. They welcomed us with a smile on her face and provided the best customer experience with a personal touch! Plus our fried chicken was served fresh!! So juicy and crispy! The store staff not friendly and food not tasty. I don’t think this store care about customer just money. I wouldn’t visit again. Please this store needs a new owner. Okay, normally when our family drives up north from Niagara, after a long trip on the QEW then 401, we need to stop. By the time we get to the 115, we are all ready for a stop. I went into Popeyes for the first time and was very impressed by how good the chicken was, and the serving sizes. They even had a blow up Santa and Christmas tree! Great first time experience. So happy I didn’t have to stop at McDonald’s. Service: Dine in
The chicken sandwich I ordered wasn't cooked properly, and the mashpotatoes were awful and disgusting. Also, I ordered 9 pieces of shrimp and didn't know the oil they fried, which smiled really badly. Also, I found hair in my burger band, and I ordered it. To Go and I was far away other than that for sure I would take back to them and show them, but it was not worth it for me to get back there and I was in a hurry. Food: 1
