I eat at a lot of different McDonald’s but this is one of the worst. The staff is not friendly and unwilling to address issues in a positive manner. The answer is always “sorry it’s not possible “ I asked for a receipt because the kiosk didn’t print one when I asked for a receipt they said it’s not possible even though other locations are able to do it . Good size McDonald's. Very clean and tidy. There are ordered kiosks, with lots of seats inside and outside. Toilets are also very clean. There's a ride through them. We came here early in the morning, so we were served quickly. Food and drinks were good and well prepared and looked good. If I traveled back here, I'd redefined this branch of McDonalds.
To be honest, it is McDonald's it is everywhere the same, but as for the site it has more than enough parking and the ride thru is fast cars through, so a maximum waiting time of only 5 minutes depends on how long the line is, as for inside focuses more on deliveries and drive thru, so I would wait a bit longer, but I think the same everywhere. I've given this place a few chances but they're always falling short. They can never seem to hear me in the drive through intercom. I'll tell them one thing and they'll put down something else. But the last straw today, was when I ordered through the app and specified I would pick it up at the counter. I tried this and they said I needed to pick it up via drive through. When I did this they claimed they had no record of the order so I ended up going home. The manager was not friendly during this interaction. This location needs better customer service training for their staff, and possibly a better intercom system so their employees can hear customers. If this is the closest location to you, I cannot stress how worth it it is to drive 5 extra minutes to the factoria location. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
Soooo many chances but they mess it up every time. This location should close.. it's honestly so worth it to drive to any other location. THEY MESS UP EVERY ORDER SO DOUBLE CHECK EVERYTHING. When something gets messed up and you go to talk to them about it they are all so confused and always doubt that they got it wrong. It's old.
