We ate here tonight and it was DELICIOUS!! The portions were huge and the prices were very affordable. I ordered the catfish and for my pages I got the Okra and it was perfect! Easy to bake and crisp! The smoked Mac n cheese with bacon was amazing! My grandson couldn't stop talking about it! The Brisket is AMAZING!! So delicate and moist it melts practically in the mouth!! We'll eat here soon!! It is so convenient for Blanchard, Tuttle and Newcastle!! We needed a great family space to eat and meet and really enjoy the food!! Thank you. There is not one thing on the menu that is not excellent. The catfish is hand-ground. The Mac cheese, Coleslaw, potato salad and beans are all special home recipes. The ribs, brisket, pulled pig, 1/2 chicken have secret recipe spices and smoked locally with pecan wood. Years of family friend taste tests have to open Brush Creek BBQ and Wels. I know you'll love it and love it too! Very satisfied with One Proud Sister!
