Loved this place! The people who served my friend and I were so nice! We had no idea what to get and they recommend a jasmine dragonfruit tea with strawberry popping boba for us and it was amazing! The tea was good I ordered rose tea with strawberry and mango popping boba! Unfortunately the customer service isn?t all there. When I was ready to order the employees were busy on their phones until they finally acknowledged me? could use some genuine smiles at this location. I traveled all the way from North Carolina to try this place out after my friend told me about it, and they did not disappoint. The customer service was on point and I even let my little one play on the claw machine which he won. The butterfly tea was so refreshing and I highly recommend. All around a great experience.
First time at Jen Ju Boba Tea. The 2 cashiers seemed friendly. Ordered a large Thai iced tea. The posted cost was $6.50. Cost was already higher than other boba tea cafes elsewhere. Reviewed the e-receipt later. Understood the upgrade fee from normal medium to the large size: $0.60 But charge for Less/no ice: $0.20?? But adding $0.20 for less/no ice?! Seriously?! It 's the Principle here! The Thai iced tea was good and sweet but don 't 'nickel and dime ' customers like charging for less/no ice for $0.20!
