Best pasta on the north shore by far! I've been coming here with my family for 15+ years and it's absolutely our favorite restaurant in the area. They have a large table section and a to go section but definitely get here early on weekends because it fills up quick. My family loves the garlic bread and caprese salad. We always split a bunch of them. I love the carbonara, their bolognese is the best around. I can't re... View all feedback.
What David C doesn't like about Giuseppes:
The chicken parmigiana used to be delicious. Chicken pounded thin and tenderized as any Italian knows a cutlet should be. I bought one recently and it was WAY too thick and chewy. The prices have increased quite a bit since new management took over, unfortunately the quality has declined. Giuseppe is VERY missed. He ran that place like it was his baby. View all feedback.
We have not been to the restaurant yet, but based on the take out we got, we will. We were on our way out of town and picked up some treats and premade meals for our mini vacation. Meat lasagna, refrigerated was fabulous. Enough for 2 servings, very meaty, like you would make yourself. I think part of what made it wonderful was the great red sauce (gravy . I'd get that again. I would say, best meat lasagna I have had outside of my house. ; We got a couple of chicken dinners too, one was piccata and one was parm with spaghetti. Both very good. The only criticism I would make, is that the chick parm had a couple layers of chicken and cheese only on the top. I'd have liked it between the layers, too. The half moons, or black and whites, were perfect. They were large, with a white vanilla cake bottom and super frosting on top. So so so good. I went back a few weeks later when I was visiting a friend who loves the Italian cookies and got some to bring to her. She loved them and she is very fussy. 4 stars only because of the lack of more cheese, and the prices, which were not great.

Not a bad place but ultimately it comes down to flavor and this joint had little to offer. The menu is mouthwatering, until it hits your taste buds. Could not believe how blah za our meals were. Staff was nice
Was very excited to order takeout because everything looked so good. Ordered the butternut squash ravioli, the potato gnocchi, and some mozzarella sticks, and the total came out to $48.11. FOR TAKEOUT!! I asked for a refund because no way in hell am I paying that much for 3 items for takeout, that's absolutely ridiculous. Won't be getting food here ever because clearly I can't afford it.
