Parkview Cafe - Newbury Park

The food was incredibly fresh, almost as if it were still alive. The care put into the dishes, as well as the welcoming atmosphere, was remarkable. Although the staff was short-handed that day, they remained especially attentive. I ordered a salad with hummus as a substitute for dressing, and they thoughtfully added some oil and lemon, making it taste fantastic. My mother, who is usually hard to impress, absolutely loved her meal! I highly recommend this charming café!
