I went in and ordered the honey BBQ popcorn bites, which were okay but not seasoned enough. I also ordered two milkshakes, which were good, and the onion rings were very tasty. The service was friendly and quick. The order was accurate and reasonably priced. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Sonic Drive-in:
The staff is never helpful and the machines are always broken at this restaurant. If they can't operate properly, they should just close down. I attempted to order a drink multiple times and waited over 15 minutes each time without receiving it. I even tried ordering through their app for pick-up, but encountered the same problem. They take your money but you end up leaving without your order due to long wait times.... View all feedback.
I wanted sonic. I saw there for 40 minutes that someone even welcomed us. Nobody ever did it. I asked a carhop if he knew how long it would take until someone could answer. he said it was a long time and I should probably just go....horrible customer service. Being short-time is a thing, but that was just ridiculous.
We love their food, quality, speed of service and friendly staff.

Waited 15 minutes for an iced sweet tea. This location is horrible. Everytime I come here there is only one person running orders and the whole lot is packed. Shouldn’t have to wait 15 minutes for a drink. Needs better management
Order was correct and tasty. Service was good. Speed was good considering the late hour we ordered food. Good late-night option.
