But tonight I ordered a whole fuji apple salad and a whole chicken sandwich. For two people. When I got home I had a half fuji apple salad and a half sandwich, and was charged $19.34. Be sure to check your bag before you leave.

The employee assured me it only contained regular... read more I inquired about the ingredients of a sandwich at Panera Bread due to my allergies, which I clearly explained. The employee assured me it only contained regular yellow mustard. I purchased the sandwich, but after taking a bite at home, I immediately noticed the taste, spit it out, rinsed my mouth, and still experienced some swelling. I contacted the manager to report the issue and was told someone would follow up. However, no one ever called, and when I try to reach them, my calls are ignored or the manager is unavailable in person. I wasn’t asking for a refund, just wanted to raise awareness that their menu can cause serious allergic reactions and that employees should take allergy concerns seriously. It feels like they are avoiding me. I hope my experience helps others avoid the same situation.

Unfortunately, the quality often leaves much to be desired. Today, I ordered a strawberry poppyseed salad, and half of it was brown. They provided only a small container of dressing, filled just a quarter of the way, which wasn’t enough for the entire salad. Thankfully, I was at home and could add my own dressing, but I was still quite disappointed.
