Every morning I visit for my coffee, and the staff behind the counter are always very friendly. My mobile order is consistently ready when I arrive. Compared to other Dunkin' locations nearby, I find the food to be fresher and the coffee is brewed correctly nearly every time.
The staff member this morning was rude; she rolled her eyes as I entered the building. When I received my usual coffee, it was only three-quarters full. Honestly, at this point, you might get better value for your money at a gas station coffee. I have no idea what her problem was, but I won’t be returning.
This is a delightful place! If you stop by around 6 AM, you’ll be greeted by two lovely young ladies who are not only sweet and kind but also a joy to see so early in the morning. I just wish they would take a little longer to refill my coffee so I could admire their beauty for a bit more time!
There was only one staff member working, and they had already run out of hot chocolate by 6 PM.
The cashier appeared overwhelmed and was rather impolite. Thankfully, a young woman preparing the food intervened to help, but the wait was long, and the initial negative attitude impacted the overall experience. I hope the cashier has a better day soon. Corporate, please think about hiring additional staff for this location!
