Dunkin' - Newburgh

Every morning I stop in for my coffee and the ladies behind the counter are extremely friendly and my mobile order is always ready by the time I get there. Compared to other Dunkin?s in the area I find the food to be more fresh and the coffee to be madecorrectly almost every time.

The staff in the morning was rude, she rolled her eyes at me as I was entering the building and then when I got my usual coffee she only gave me 3/4 of my coffee. Shoot at this point people, you'll get more for your money at a gas station coffee. I don'tknow what's her problem. I'm never going there.

Management needs to hire more people. Service is good but the workers are overwhelmed. Hiring more people would definitely give an advantage

Very, very, VERY slow service. Had to wait almost half an hour for 2 customers in front of me. The food is ok, a lot of seated places inside.

I?m being polite with the one star.. Service was horrible, there was only one girl working. She did not acknowledge or greet me. She proceeded to fill up a dozen box of donuts and a munchkin box without telling me or the gentleman behind me that she would be a few minutes. Not professional at all. Down right ghetto.. I will never go there again.. I was there around 6:00 pm and left at 6:10pm without anything.. I don?t even live in this town but I certainly would not recommend this place..
