Dunkin' Donuts offers a 24-hour convenience that attracts many, especially during late-night cravings. While the staff are generally friendly and attentive, recent visits reveal a noticeable decline in quality. Orders have seen mishaps, such as missing items and inconsistency, with food sometimes arriving burnt or not fresh. Despite these issues, many patrons appreciate the excellent service, particularly from standout employees who demonstrate great customer care. However, be prepared for parking challenges during weekends, as neighboring bars can fill the lot, along with the occasional discomfort of interacting with homeless individuals near the drive-thru.

This is the only Dunkin Donuts location I can find that is open 24 hours, which is why they deserve 5 stars! The overnight staff are always friendly at the drive-thru window. The only downside is on Friday and Saturday nights, you may have difficulty getting into the parking lot as the club/bar next door uses it and fills it up. Additionally, there may be homeless individuals asking for money in the drive-thru, and late at night, you may feel uneasy about who is approaching your window. However, the business itself is excellent.
I have visited several locations of this restaurant chain, and my best experiences have been with a server named Rosie (apologies if the spelling is incorrect). She is fantastic and has excellent customer service skills. I highly recommend hiring more employees like her!
The bagel was burnt more than anything else, and the ice cream I ordered was warm. Despite this, the overall quality of this place is really good. However, I have noticed a decline in their standards over the past few months.
The restaurant staff paid close attention to the order. I didn't go through my bag until after leaving the drive-thru. To my surprise, there was a lot of paper inside the bag. When I removed the paper from the sandwich I ordered, it was missing. This was not just a mistake on their part; it seemed like they intentionally covered up stealing from the register.
This morning I was going to achieve greatness with a coffee and donut from DD, unfortunately after drinking my coffee which did not have cream in it, I reached to grab my donut that was half bit and did not realize until I opened the bag at home, in complete devastation I did not dare to touch it, only god knows what came across this donut before I did
