My question is why do your employees wea... read more NYS has placed a mandate that everyone has to wear a mask. Before you enter there a sign posted on the door stating so. My question is why do your employees wear there mask under their nose? We were there late week and two employees were wearing their mask under their nose. Secondly, this Arby's is located in a pilot gas station. The have many interstate truckers and visitors coming in and out everyday. Many come in not wearing a mask despite a sign posted on the door requiring that you need too. Not questions them or ask them to put one on. This is how the virus is spreading. Lack of enforcement of the rules. It making me think twice before returning to the establishment I love. Employees breathing and handling my food. Employees touching all these interstate customer cash and credit cards. There should be one person handling the register at all times and not handling our drinking cup and food afterwards. Yuck! All these germs being contaminating our food.

We will definitely make this a planned stop next time we pass through. This was probably the best Arby's I've had in years!

I used to be able to get f... read more It’s been a couple of years since my last visit to Arby's, and during that time, it seems like the prices have gone up significantly. I used to be able to get four regular roast beef sandwiches for about $6. The last time I went, their deal was two for $6, so I ended up paying $12 for four. The sandwich itself hasn't changed; it's still good, but without their sauces, I wouldn't find it worth it. I've heard that there are other good sandwiches on the menu, but I only go for the roast beef. However, with the prices being what they are, I don’t think I’ll be visiting again anytime soon.
