They typically tell me it’ll be a 7-minute wait, but it always ends up taking 15 minutes or more. I'm really disappointed. Manager, perhaps you should consider contacting the other location to find out how they manage to keep their food in stock?

My grandma and I were ordering our food, and I specifically asked for sweet and sour sauce on the side. The lady helping us was very discourteous, but we decided to overlook it. When we got to the window to pick up our order, we tried to communicate with the person there about the missing sauce, but she ignored us. I ended up having to go inside to ask why the sweet and sour sauce wasn’t included, and the lady was once again rude. To be honest, they used to have much better staff in the past; it's been around two years since I've seen employees of similar quality.
