Unfortunately, the steak was overcooked and tasted bland, like it had been boiled and then drenched in sauce. The manager was not attentive enough to address our concerns, which was disappointing. This was not our usual experience at this restaurant, but the lack of customer service from the manager has made us decide not to return.
