we waited for the drive-thru for 20 minutes. while they have a new one. everything was cold fries looked like they cooked 2hr.ago, the sweet tee tasted like water. they need new management. no apology for everything View all feedback.
My experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. I had visited last month and was excited to see that Wendy's had added my favorite childhood flavor, an orange and white creamsicle shake. I returned two days ago specifically to order it, only to be told that it had been discontinued. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated by this sudden change.
This fast food restaurant and its offerings are average and nothing to write home about.
I ordered food for my family, but they left out the cookie. I showed them my receipt and asked for a refund or the missing cookie, but they refused because I didn't have a receipt. It was a disappointing experience.
My third failed attempt to get a 2 for 3 breakfast there. They stop selling breakfast early every time. There were a lot of bums hanging out there so breakfast starts 6:30 but rarely opens before much later and is over before ten thirty (10:30) instead of 11:00am which makes no sense to me. Why serve breakfast at all?
They did a good service, my order was fast and the people who took care of me were friendly. If they continue like this, they will be able to continue to succeed in the company.
