I also had to ask for the beer I ordered, which was handed to me at the door. I spoke to the manager and expressed that I felt uncomfortable in his establishment, especially since they weren’t even closed yet. As someone who has worked in a bar, I understand the desire to leave at a decent hour, but I’ve never seen a restaurant lock its doors before closing time. After my initial experience, I updated my review from 1 star to 4. The manager, Mike, explained that they had an unusually hectic night due to a canceled flight, which led to a sudden influx of customers with vouchers. He also offered me a complimentary dinner and drink for my next visit, and I appreciate how he took the time to listen to my concerns and make it right.
