It shouldn't take 45 minutes to prepare three crispy tacos. I could have easily gone to the store, bought ground beef, and made the tacos myself in that amount of time. This level of laziness is unacceptable.
Awful experience. The food is never prepared on time, and my order is always lost at the drive-thru. The parking area is always crowded during regular hours. Can't they just put up a sign? It takes about 30 minutes to get my food.
I have made a mobile order and I have waited for almost an hour to eat. I said it will be a delay of 10-15 minutes. they also forgot my fries. the employees admitted that it was their fault and not even my order packed. I should get 2 vegetarian tacos and I received 4 regular tacos. That's ridiculous, I'm very disappointed. completely ruined an evening meal with the family
Worst drive thru experience. Defeats the whole purpose of drive thru
