The issue that stands out with me is cleanliness (or lack thereof). Both the floor and the tables are dirty; frankly it's disgusting and there are fruit flies near the fountain soda area. Employee attitude is mediocre. They appear as if they'd rather be somewhere else and there have been occasions when the one male employee is listening to his own music and you can hear it on top of the music on the store speakers. Highly unpleasant dining experience overall

Ad... read more I just ordered two Italian subs: one with bell peppers and the other with sweet peppers. Unfortunately, they weren't labeled, so I'm not sure which is which. Additionally, the subs were quite dry. I think we’ll make the longer drive back to Capriotti's on the other side of town next time.

Unfortunately, I found the atmosphere to be quite awkward and uncomfortable. It seems that this part of town isn't very progressive, and that was evident during my visit. The employees appeared to treat me differently because of my race/ethnicity, making me feel out of place. I was hesitant to support this location from the start, but since I had already placed my order, I felt obligated to go through with it. I won't be returning.
