What Michael Auger doesn't like about Starbucks:
There is ALWAYS a 10-15 minute wait here. The other day we ordered a cup of coffee. Just coffee. We had to wait 5 minutes at the drive through window to get it. While there was a line 15 cars deep behind us. I 'm not sure if they needed to make a fresh pot or what was happening, because no one came up to give us a status update or ask us to pull into a spot to wait. Not even a sorry for the delay . Friendly, patient staff and great service . My mocha Cafe almond milk hot latte mix comes out perfect every time. No whip add peppermint shots (karreggae mix) Yeah that?s me. ????????????????. Add impossible sandwich ?. Great start to my day. View all feedback.
