Description
A recent experience at an airport restaurant has left diners feeling underwhelmed and overcharged. With a standard meal costing around $120, many were disappointed by the quality and freshness of the food, describing it as merely warmed rather than freshly prepared. Notably, dishes like Eggs Benedict and salads were served cold, contributing to a lackluster meal. The service further detracted from the experience, with reports of unhelpful management regarding seating preferences. Citing exorbitant prices and mediocre quality, patrons agree this establishment fails to honor the richness of French cuisine, leaving them unlikely to return.

If you arrive prepared for airport prices, you’ll be pleasantly surprised by the high-quality ingredients and attentive service. Our Cosmopolitans were robust and tangy. The Niçoise salad was fresh and well-composed. The mac and cheese featured handmade pasta and top-notch white cheese. The avocado toast was served on thick, crusty bread alongside a delightful green and purple side salad. You can seat yourself and place your order using a QR code. It’s a wonderful way to soothe your stomach and calm your nerves before your flight.
The food is awful. We ordered two grilled ham sandwiches via their in person restaurant app. The sandwiches were stale before they started. One tiny thin slice of ham, little cheese and the bread was likely stale . Very pricey, too. To make matters worse, they double charged me. I suspected a double charge as the app was clunky during my order. I asked a staff member to check it out and she confirmed two charges. She took a few moments to correct the error. No luck. They double charged my card. Bad food and bad error charging. Avoid, please.
The food was average—not bad, but not great either. I appreciated that they didn't overdo the sweetness or saltiness. However, what really stood out to me was the 40-minute wait for our meals, especially since the restaurant wasn't busy at all. In an airport setting, where timing is essential, such delays can be a significant issue. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.
This place is HORRIBLE. the food was cold, the fries soggy, it took 45 minutes to get my meal, ZERO SERVICE, the employees stand around talking to themselves about how much they hate working here.
Looks like a nice place from the outside, but the food and drinks are overpriced (even for airport standards), and the service is poor. We were waiting over 40 minutes for a chicken club, and there was no acknowledgement of this when it finally arrived. I understand that these places can be busy, but given that all of the customers are there to catch a flight, a heads up on any delays would be appreciated.
