The customer service is outstanding, and the food has always been incredibly fresh. For the price, it's the best Thai food I've ever had, and the portion sizes are very generous. I highly recommend this place!

When I got home to eat my food, I realized that it had shrimp in... read more Ordered Pad Thai chicken yesterday. Told the lady cooking the food that I’m allergic to shrimp. When I got home to eat my food, I realized that it had shrimp in it. Since I took a few bits I had to rush to take a Benadryl. Took the food back the next day to inform them. The guy taking orders said it was nothing that he could do. I asked to speak to a manager. He then spoke to the lady cooking the food. She spoke in her language with a tone of annoyance. The guy translated saying that I need to bring the food back. When I gave it to her, she looked at the label then asked if I ordered chicken pad Thai spicy. She was very nasty and never apologized for causing an allergic reaction which could have been deadly.Dietary restrictions: Don’t eat here if you have a food allergy. They don’t care.
