Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Newark

I have ordered several items from this restaurant, and I've encountered issues with every order. Twice, they missed the fish sandwich from my order but still charged me for it. If they don’t serve it, they should really remove it from the UberEats menu. Additionally, I had to cancel two other orders without any explanation, just 20-40 minutes after placing them. This experience was very frustrating for me.

I wanted to bake and taste cookies, but the shrimp weren't as good as I expected for my recipe. Next time, I'll buy my own shrimp.

By far, the worse popeyes I 've been to. Hopefully, better staff is hired that are more pleasant than the 2 I saw at the store. As soon as I entered the first cashier stopped attending the customers and she started using the phone. After 5 mins, she finally took my order and with an attitude plus sucking her teeth. The store was very limited apparently. They only had chicken and fries. Okay. Fine. I asked her if they could not include the wings, AGAIN with an attitude, she said no, it comes as is . Okay. Got it but can you lose the attitude honey and be more pleasant. Very rude. Her coworker had an attitude as well. I should have just went to the one in harrison . This one was closer which is the only reason why I came plus it 's a commercial area. Definitely, not coming here again.
