What Anonym dislikes about Pho Ever:
We tried various vegan options from the menu, including the 'very vegan' rolls, vegetable dumplings, vegetable spring rolls, fresh tofu rolls, vegan Banh mi, and pho. I appreciate restaurants that clearly label their vegan options so I can enjoy everything. The rolls were fresh and crispy, and the Banh mi was delicious. Amazing food and bubble tea! You must try the grilled pork chop and rice to die for! And the bubble tea is next level! Great service and friendly staff! Will be back today to try some other items!

While out and about, we made a spontaneous decision to stop by this restaurant after visiting Tropical Smoothie. We were thrilled with our choice as the service was fantastic and the food was truly amazing.

The folks at Pho Ever really know how to cook their meats. Instead of frying everything, Peter roasts the chicken, resulting in crispy skin without drying it out. The beef in the curry "soup" is exceptionally tender. I say "soup" because the curry sauce is more like a soup with a sweet flavor, thanks to the tomatoes Peter adds to it. Despite its colorful appearance, this restaurant may go unnoticed, but they serve excellent meals. I confirmed with Peter, the boss, that he puts a lot of care into his dishes.

Located in the same plaza as Newark Natural Foods, this small restaurant allows you to order at the counter and have your food brought to you. We tried the Veggie Pho and it was absolutely delicious! The dish included three or four veggie dumplings, broccoli, snow peas, assorted vegetables, and plenty of noodles. While the veggie broth was not overly flavorful, you could enhance it with hoisin and sriracha at the table. The restaurant has a bright and clean atmosphere, with a large map of Hanoi and Haiphong adorning one wall. Overall, the experience was enjoyable for this old war resistor, offering good food and a nice atmosphere. (Review updated on 2019-03-11)

We ordered all the vegan options on the menu, including the 'very vegan' rolls, vegetable dumplings, vegetable spring rolls, fresh tofu rolls, and the vegan banh mi and pho. I appreciate when restaurants clearly indicate their vegan options, making it easy for me to try everything. The rolls were fresh and crispy, and the banh mi was particularly delicious. They incorporate two types of vegan protein in their dishes: marinated seitan/TVP and tofu. Additionally, they offer a variety of creamy and tasty boba tea flavors. I look forward to returning to sample more flavors. Highly recommended! (Updated on 2023-02-25)
