Description

At EWR, the dining experience is a mixed bag, with many diners expressing dissatisfaction with both the service and food quality. Though some menu items offer decent value compared to competitors, long wait times and disorganized order fulfillment plague the experience. The iPad ordering system frustrates patrons, with food arriving lukewarm from a central kitchen. Additionally, rude staff and stale dishes contribute to a generally disappointing atmosphere. For travelers seeking quick and satisfying meals, it’s advisable to seek alternatives, as current offerings fail to meet expectations in both quality and service.

Awful service, long waits, staff cares but they don't have the staffing or tools to succeed. After 25 minutes I gave up and asked for a refund of my complicated order, 3 eggs overeasy and bacon? Of course the charge is still on my card awful experience don't bother the food is just okay and the hassle to get it is not worth the trouble

Ordered a burger from here. Waited 40 minutes while people were getting their orders before me. When I tried to ask the cook multiple times where my order was he said “it’s busy the food is coming”. There seems to be no system for churning out the food in chronological order from when it’s placed.

The waiting staff at Breakfast Boli and Flip-Flop were rude and seemed to care little about their jobs, making the experience quite unpleasant. It felt like everyone was pretending to dislike their work. However, the food was delicious.

The prices are a bit high for what you receive. My review focuses more on the service than the food. At one point, I didn't even see my server until the very end of my visit.

The service could be quicker, but it's a much better value for the price compared to my recent experience at Gavi in IAH. This bowl was the same price—$17.00—and actually felt like a real meal!
