I have to wait 1 hour for 2 sandwiches, the worst horrible sandwich I have ever eaten. I paid $24 for both sandwiches and now they are in the garbage

I arrived with a group of 13 people and we were the first to arrive. Some of us received our food promptly, while others waited for over an hour and a half. By the time I got my food, it was already cold. I feel sorry for those who arrived after us and are still waiting for their meals.
