What User doesn't like about Jimmy John's:
the inner is closed, they must go through the drive thru. I went to the door, there were 5 workers standing in there and talking to each other, and 7 cars waiting in the car-duration line. obviously this is the place where it is mistreated and not customer-oriented. Stay away. View all feedback.
Had my first Jimmy Johns Sandwich yesterday 10/25. I ordered the big Italian sandwich and it was so big that I spent lunch, dinner and last part for breakfast this morning 10/26. The best Italian sandwich I've ever had... thanks... Terry from Boston
The absolute worst customer experience. I called to pick up an order and the rep literally said, I have to get off the phone, I am busy. I am horrified. Then when I got to the window, she handed me a HUGE box that I had to get out of the car to get because it wouldn 't fit through my window. Which was why I was calling. I thought it would have been difficult to pick up the order via the drive-through. It would have been sooo much easier if they could have stopped for one second and met me at the door or put the box outside for me to scoop up. Follow up: I initially gave 1 star per the above. But Jimmy Johns follow up on this matter has been very impressive. How a brand handles negative feedback says a lot them. I really appreciate being heard and having action behind it.
My Favorite Sub Shop ever!!! The bread is The freshest bread!! I love the Ham Sub!!! Omg!!! Just the BEST!!
The only reason I'm not giving them a better rating is because of the following....I live in Mount Vernon and we don't have a JJ's so I was super excited because I love their tuna salad! So I ordered one and got all the way home and went to eat my sub and COULDN'T! The drive thru menu does not tell you all the items that will be going on your sub! I ordered a #15 and it did not say that it had lettuce on it and mine did. I cannot eat lettuce and since the lettuce completely covered the tuna salad, I could not eat it at all! When I called in about this issue and the fact that the sign does not say that it comes with lettuce, the person I was talking to did not care one bit, but did say that they have gotten that same complaint before...but, it would seem, that they don't care enough to fix it!!! So to make it short, my dog thoroughly enjoyed his lunch! Thanks JJ's, you made my dog one happy little guy today and I ended up having to skip lunch all together!
