Tried this place for the first time recently. They offer many healthy options and mixes. I bought a smoothie bowl called the island pataya. It was prepared with strawberries, bananas, granola, blueberries and honey as toppings. The bowl was a nice portion size and really good. I'm looking forward to another one whenever I'm near the mall area. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Jamba:
Horrible customer service. Employees are lazy, use foul language and lie to customers. Employee stated they don?t make bowls after 7:30pm. When asked about filing a complaint he said he was the district manager and that I had to come back tomorrow to get the number to file a complaint. I submitted a complaint online. View all feedback.

Almost always out of some ingredients and incredibly slow service any time I go. Today with no one else in line ahead, it took over 10 minutes and they made the order wrong.
Terrible. Actually felt sorry for the lady working there. She was very apologetic about being out of strawberries and mango. I only wanted a carrot juice?..she said the juice machine hasn?t worked since she started working there. Pathetic.
The absolute worst the employees have their air pods in so they can?t hear and then one was vaping on her pen behind the counter after saying with an attitude that they called my name multiple times and I didn?t come after I simply asked if the coffee I ordered was done. I was standing right next to the booth, never once heard them say it. I thought the customer service was terrible but at least I got my drink and brushed it off to then try it and it tasted nasty I got my husband to try it to see if he wanted it so I?m not wasting money but he even thought it was bad so I threw it away. Highly Would not recommend this place the local planet smoothie, playa bowl and tropical smoothie deserves business over this location.
My friend ordered a ?plantbased? smoothie but it wasn?t PlaNt BasEd at all and got extremely sick... lying to customers about diets can be so dangerous, so please be careful out there, cause apparently even smoothies aren?t safe ?
