Ihop - Newark

This IHOP omg. So I only went there a week before mothers. Waited to pick up my order for 40 minutes. I didn't say a word. Next Mother's Day. I also had a pickup. 40 minutes later no food. I asked her if I felt bad for the question. The last time I asked. You said 5 mins.v35 minutes later I asked if I could talk to a manager. 2 minutes later a lady comes to tell me your problem guest lol. I'm confused. I was waiting for 20 thoughts. You said I didn't have orders from there. This is a sub par place. The food sucks. The waiting times are always exaggerated to what it is.

Overall, today had a bad experience. Completely messed and mistreated. Order pobleno omlet but get bland simple omlet. When I checked whether there was any confusion, the chef replied that we took off pobleno costs. What a great answer!. Some of the items ordered were not even served until the end of the meal and included in invoice. When I checked with the server, the answer was, you need to confirm from the cook and then it was served when the whole food was ready. Some other small things that we completely ignore. I wouldn't recommend it anymore.

Menu not clear about crepes with combo. It said 2 but it excluded Blueberry Crepe. They were picky because there was no clearing in the menu. I won't protect this place.

My children make me brunch on Mother's Day. While it was busy, the waiting period was not very long. Unfortunately, the positive experience ceases. We were told that the kitchen was clear, but some of our foods were boiled and the rest was basically burned. It took 20 minutes to take our drink or alone. It was NOT a good experience at all to be the hosts who started the service was terrible, and the food was much to subparate.

Great service, food was good everyone finished the plate. Good sign it was great food. My server did a wonderful job. And was always there when we needed something
