Excellent! I tried herman’s for the first time and bought 14 really beautiful lambskin. we marinated them for about 5 hours and grilled. the lamb was the finest and tenderest flesh I ever tasted.

It needed a fresh ham for our christmas on the 7th januar and decided to buy another place. herman is the bomb! they have it wonderfully packed and I am sure it will be delicious! we even bought some meat bark to make breacciole what was so tender and came out big! I look forward to the new year to buy more great pieces meat in 2022! the only thing that made me sad was that she closed on the 31st for a few weeks for a winter break. ?
