The staff is extremely friendly and even though they are always busy, they ensure there are enough staff members to handle orders quickly. I received my order in just 20 minutes, despite the place being packed. The atmosphere is great, with everyone relaxing and enjoying the music. If you are still complaining after experiencing all of this, along with the reasonable prices, then you have some issues. My flatbread was delicious, although the presentation was a bit messy. However, everything was cooked perfectly, which is why I love Freddy's. To those who complain about their orders not getting delivered, they should have tipped the staff and driver. The food is amazing, so stop the whining and appreciate it.

I ordered from Freddy 's through grub hub a few months ago and waited over 3 hours for my order before having to cancel it. I 've been avoiding them like the plague ever since. Last night I tried to order from Ikes Tender Shack, also through grubhub. We waited an hour for our food, and since the delivery was supposed to show up at 8:15 at the latest, I called the store at 8:30 to get an update (They use their own driver instead of grubhub drivers), and the woman who answered the phone was so short and rude. I don 't think I was able to finish a single sentence in the entire conversation. Eventually she told me that it was out for delivery and it should be there soon. I asked how long and she said it shouldn 't be much longer . I waited another 30 minutes before calling again. I called twice and no one answered. You can 't even tell what the voicemail says the name of the restaurant is because there is so much background noise. I called grubhub support to cancel my order, and decided to google Ikes Tender Shack to see their reviews. Lo and behold, their address comes up as Freddy 's Wings and Wraps. They made a cover store to try to scam more money out of people who are to polite to ask for a refund. I 've never even had the food at Freddy 's, and I can already say that I 'll be googling every address I order from to make sure it isnt them. I 'd give zero stars if I could. This place is awful.

Furthermore, the restroom at the restaurant was dirty and the sink was not functioning. This will be my one and only visit to this establishment.
