This restaurant is amazing, people really rave about it on Google reviews, it's incredible. It has been a hidden gem for years. The staff is extremely friendly. Despite being busy, they always have enough staff to ensure you get your order quickly. I received my order within 20 minutes even though the restaurant was full. The atmosphere is great, with relaxing music playing. If you still have complaints about the reasonable prices, then you must have some issues. My flatbread was delicious. The presentation may not be perfect, but everything was cooked perfectly and that's why I love Freddy's. Some customers may complain about their orders being canceled because no one wants to deliver to them, but that's just silly. To the staff and the delivery driver, keep up the excellent work. Stop complaining and just enjoy the food.

Are used to really enjoy Freddys, but they have gone so far downhill. I was just there after I made an order over the phone. The order was painful and the staff was rude. I'm going in and I'm waiting for the counter they see me and say nothing. I'll give it a few minutes and they'll go right over. I'm the only person in the store. someone they know just comes behind the counter and starts talking to one of the girls, the other to talk to each other and look out the window. No one has said anything to me at this point, and I can see that my articles are ready and packed. After 15 minutes without recognition I just said? Is my order ready?? They seem really shocked that I even addressed the fact that I was there waiting for an order. A girl said it was still made and then literally puts the articles in a bag and does not even notice that my articles were ready. You should just close this place at this point.

I have been here often for my job so I decided to try with my boyfriend the first two times were delightful other than it being high priced. The third time was TERRIBLE so much oil in my wings and they even burnt them. It was just terrible

Just order pick up. The delivery is made too late on any platform honest. Doordash was an hour for the street where I live, but still good.

Ordered wings burger and fries through Uber eats. Took about one hour and 20 minutes to get here which given cook and drive time not terrible. However, the packaging provided little in the way of heat retention not to mention the wings themselves have little to no sauce and look 2 hours old as well as no seasoning on the Patty's for the burger. The only thing my daughter tastes from the burger is ketchup. I was recommended to this restaurant by numerous friends and maybe the dine in experience is a bit different but this feels as if online customers do not matter to the restaurant.
