Five Guys serves delicious burgers and amazing French fries. The staff is friendly, and the service is quite fast. I appreciate the self-serve tea fountain they have for wheelchair customers. While the prices can be higher than other fast food options, you definitely get what you pay for. View all feedback.
What Jeff B Fallen dislikes about Five Guys:
Twice Ive ordered 90 minutes in advance on the app. Twice ive come in to pick up on time while on my lunch break, twice Ive had to wait 15 to 20 minutes after my pick up time for them to cook it and give it to me. The second time I tried to speak tosomeone and the guy at the counter pretended he couldnt hear me asking politely to talk to him when he was just wiping down thedrink machine. Ok I will say before hand they offered me a free meal but honestly I will not order from 5 guys anymore after this. I requested a delivery order and everything was great except my grilled cheese. The company did nothing and when I did call the store I waspassed off 3 times. First person did not even answer the phone properly. The answer was more like the work phone was a personalphone. I had to make sure I was calling five guys. I had my order number but the person on n the phone was say my credit cardnumber out loud multiple times and then said I need to write it down . I just said forget it because so many things wrong withthis experience that left a worst impression for me. I am going to have to keep a eye on my credit card now due to this and allI wanted was bacon on my grilled cheese sandwich. I would not recommend ordering delivery from here and if they mess it up gothrough your bank and dispute it because will say your credit card number out loud

Honestly, I would give 5 stars for flavor and 5 stars for staff friendliness, but only 3 stars for value. I understand the current economic climate, but paying over $10 for a double cheeseburger seems a bit excessive. I've been going less frequently because of the cost. When you factor in the burger, fries, and a drink, it can easily reach nearly $20, which is more than enough food, but still significant. Sharing fries and drinks can help ease the cost a bit, but you're still looking at around $28-30 for two people even with sharing. It's definitely my favorite burger place, and the fries are nearly up there too, depending on whether they get seasoned or not, which can be inconsistent. The Coke freestyle machines could use some improvement as well—sometimes the drinks are flat or mixed with other flavors when dispensed. I suppose that's more of an issue with the machines rather than Five Guys itself.
