The Dunkin Donuts on Ogletown Road is a favorite spot of mine, especially for their Chicken salad. I noticed a decline in quality at one point, but it has improved since then. The restaurant offers ample seating and is conveniently located. There are also a few other shops, including a Rite Aid, nearby. View all feedback.
What Paul Pinson doesn't like about Dunkin':
I visited Dunkin' near Christiana Hospital and ordered a latte online. However, when I arrived to pick it up, they did not have any espresso to make it with. It seemed like no one was trained to make espresso, which is a short-order item. They should have rejected my order if they couldn't provide it. It seems like they ended up charging me for a latte but only gave me a regular coffee instead. View all feedback.
The staff assisted me with the self-service kiosk to place my order, which I found very helpful.
I only stopped by for coffee and donuts and experienced the worst customer service ever. I will not be returning to this place. It appears that the staff may not have been properly trained in customer service, and improvements need to be made.
I just left this restaurant. I asked the young lady for a hot caramel latte with extra caramel and no whipped cream. I noticed she went to the register before taking my order, and when she asked me about adding whipped cream for an additional 50 cents, I declined. When she brought my drink, she seemed unhappy about it.
Use them to order here a few times in the week until about two months ago installed kiosks, of which they make you order, and if they want to pay with cash, they can. but they take the same money with which they wanted to pay, they go into the counter, they use the money to get a gift card to get back to kiosk to place their order. it is completely backward, and does not make any sense, plus the kiosks make the lines longer, because not everyone knows how to use them, then you have to wait for help to get the orders longer because a worker has to stop making accusations to help the customers place a job.
They need to bring the old managers back. The ones who run it now do not care about what type of product they give to their customers. Want a toasted anything? Forget about it. It'll come out just like it did from the packaging. Want a hot drink? It'll take about 10-15 minutes and it'll come out cold as if it was already done and sitting there.
