For instance, if you ask for iced coffee, you might end up with a lar... read more When you place an order, it seems like they just prepare whatever they feel like that day. For instance, if you ask for iced coffee, you might end up with a large black coffee instead. They also don't provide a receipt, then make you wait while they try to correct your order. I've experienced moments where they take your order, only to inform you at the window that they're out of a certain item or that they won't be making it anymore. On a positive note, the younger staff do a good job overall; it's just the management that seems to handle orders however they want. Be cautious if you decide to visit!

There was a younger lady and when the orderwas done they just threw it on the counter didn?t even say it was my order even though I was standing right there. I had to askif it was my order. THIS IS NO WAY TO TREAT YOUR COSTUMERS I GET IT IF I WAS RUDE ABOUT IT BUT I WASNT.
