I or... read more The restaurant needs to improve its customer service and maintain a professional atmosphere; it was so loud that I could barely hear the person next to me. I ordered a small frozen coffee, but it was unpleasant—sour, not properly shaken, and had a strange taste. I'm very disappointed and would prefer to drive further to find a place with better service and food.

There is one professional staff member who provides excellent service, but on certain evenings between 7:30 PM and 8:00 PM, I encounter a male employee who rudely tells customers to come back later. One time, I waited at the drive-thru for 10 minutes before he even acknowledged me. When I eventually drove around, I noticed him sitting down and looking at his phone. So, be prepared to visit another Dunkin' Donuts for better service.

Given that we're in a pandemic, this is completely unacceptable and very risky! Furthermore, there was no way to directly contact the store about this issue!

After that, I went inside, and one employee told me... read more I first went through the drive-thru and waited for about 10 minutes, but nobody responded when I said hello. After that, I went inside, and one employee told me she wasn’t taking orders, even though she was on duty. Another employee echoed the same message, claiming she wasn’t taking orders either. One of them mentioned she was counting the register. Additionally, she used offensive language towards customers and was very disrespectful. I plan to post a video to show how they treat their customers.
