I first discovered this restaurant in high school about 10 years ago when I used to live in the area. Now, whenever I'm in town, I always make sure to stop by for their delicious grab-and-go sandwiches, snacks, and desserts. They constantly change their menu, but everything they offer is incredibly tasty. Although it can be a bit pricey, I always end up splurging because the food is just so good. If you're in the area, definitely give them a try! My favorite items are the chocolate banana PB smoothie and the packaged lasagna in their refrigerated section next to the dessert case.
The restaurant still offers some options, but the choices are very limited. They no longer offer made-to-order food and all vegan treats are now pre-packaged. They now pre-make some breakfast burritos, but they all include mushrooms (so if you don't mind mushrooms, you'll be okay). Overall, the changes made in the past two years have been disappointing for customers in general, and especially for vegans.
We had breakfast sandwiches and they were terrific. Tofu and vegan cheese and vegan bacon on English muffin or whole wheat toast. They also have a huge salad bar and fantastic treats from Vegan Treats of Bethlehem. Updated from previous review on 2018-10-22
The to-go rack has plenty of choices and everything looks day of fresh. salad bar is my choice. fast and fresh
