The restaurant still offers some options, but the choices are very limited. They no longer offer made-to-order food and all vegan treats are now pre-packaged. They now pre-make some breakfast burritos, but they all include mushrooms (so if you don't mind mushrooms, you'll be okay). Overall, the changes made in the past two years have been disappointing for customers in general, and especially for vegans. View all feedback.
We had sandwiches and they were great. tofu and vegan cheese and vegan speck in English muffin or full wheat toast. they also have a huge salatable and fantastic delicious vegan treats from bethlehem. updated from previous review on 2018-10-22
I love the full vegan sweets/baked goods counter. There are also meals options but I usually come in for the brownies
Sooooo, many vegan options! There are pre-made vegan sandwiches and salads, lasagna, vegan buffalo wings, as well as an open salad bar. Lots of vegan baked goods and smoothies too. Staff is friendly. We always stop here when we’re in town

They constantly change their menu, but everything they offer is incredibly tasty. Although it can be a bit pricey, I always end up splurging because the food is just so good. If you're in the area, definitely give them a try! My favorite items are the chocolate banana PB smoothie and the packaged lasagna in their refrigerated section next to the dessert case.
