Amalfi Pizza - Newark

Great food, they have the best garlic knots in Newark! They are a little dry but not undercooked, oily and have a lot of cheese on them. I don't think it should be hard to do this, but Almalfi is the only person who does it, as I enjoy it. Pizza options are always great 8 to 12 options to choose from slices. I enjoy a chicken bacon ranch. The seat is on the smaller side (which is why I took a star from the atmosphere). I never ate, but if I had the time, I would. This is a good option if you are looking for pizza and cannolis! Stop here if you're looking for pizza, I've never been disappointed. You're a good choice!

I ate lunch here with my brother because we wanted to try a new restaurant. We tried several articles and evaluated them. Cheese Pizza in the slice: 8.5/10 Cheese Sicilian pizza through the slice: 8/10 Garlic knot: 10/10. The best garlic knots I had. Bread was chewing and the knots were not excessive in butter (good thing Cheese mix sub: 7/10 (Very solide offers nothing extraordinary, but is a good sub nevertheless. And finally The Eggplant Parmesan Sub: 11/10. Rate that everything would be a crime lower. Most aubergines parm I had skimp on the aubergines but that is not the case with Amalfi. This sub is LOADED with eggplants and is crispy, moist and tasteful. The roller was skillfully roasted and the sauce and cheese ratio was at point. 10/10 will return. And if someone doesn't agree, you're wrong..

18 Jul 2022: solo dinner. Eggplant parmigiana dinner that came with Caesar salad and bread. Good food. Big portion size. Dining in available. $17 for the meal. Overall recommendation: worth trying

This is by far the best pizza joint in the Newark Bear area. They have all kinds of specialty slices and a great lunch special. Their garlic knots are out of this world. I send anyone new to the area here first so they don't have to wait to find a great pizza. Highly recommend. Staff is very friendly and service is always fast.
