Salsarita's Fresh Mexican Grill

Terrible customer service!!!! I work at the airport and I don’t go here often . Today I went there around 9:55 I notice they’re getting ready to open so I went to the restroom and came back at 10 . I’m waiting to get my order taken and the lady that was working doesn’t even acknowledge me or say anything or atleast letting me know that she was going to take someone’s else order that was sitting down . She calls someone that was sitting down that also works here to take there order . If the store open at 10am why am I being ignored and the lady calls someone else up . Work on customer service everyone is paying customer. This is ridiculous. Or the store opens at 10 and I’m making the line also waiting for them to come take my order when she comes to take the order she calls someone else that was SITTING DOWN ? ok . Plz do better . Not a hello not a good morning and that’s not how you run a business. Period

Located before the security checkpoint in Terminal B Food Court. Amazing chipotle style Mexican food. Not sure why other ratings are low. Me and my wife enjoyed the meal Veggie Burrito and Veggie Burrito Bowl.

2.8 stars? That’s crazy lol food was super fresh and the staff was very polite. Airport food aside, this would be good wherever you got it.

Even though i have not been to this location, as a boy, there was one by me. And every week i would get a steak burrito, side of chips, and a Pib from the fountain, because it was awesome that they had it in the fountain. Except one day i went, and Salsarita's was not there... And since that day i would make a wish upon a shooting star, that Salsarita's would return to Route 9, New Jersey. I hope that one day, my dream does come true, but until then i will keep on dreaming. Also, the bathrooms were very clean.-Second hand account by JPVegetarian options: N/AKid-friendliness: Just family friendly. Saw lots of kids there.
