Pat's Pizza Family Restaurant - All Delaware Locations

The lady I talked on the phone tonight with told me they are not doing delivery so I said that?s fine I was going to pick up anyway. As soon as I said this she immediately hung up the phone! I had to call back 4 times to finally get and answer again and then she changed her opening to no orders at all. I just told her it would?ve been nice to say this in the first place then you hanging up. She claimed it wasn?t her. Overall terrible customer service!!! At least change the hours of operation if you close early!!!

My favorite Pat's restaurant! They give you a great amount of food for an inexpensive price. I also enjoy their rewards program. Excellent customer service as well!

I ordered a pizza from this location and no where on their website does it say that the particular pizza I ordered comes with pepperoni. I called to speak with someone to see if I could get a new pizza or a refund and the woman who answered started yelling at me and telling me that I should know exactly how they make their pizza. They made a mistake and refused to rectify it. I have never been treated so horribly by a company. My friends and employees will not be returning.

I went here to pick up my order through the drive thru on sunday the 4th around 3:20, and i sat in the drive thru for about 15 minutes before being helped. the young worker came to the window with an attitude and was just nasty then i ended up waiting another 5-10 minutes before she returned with my food. i will never go to this pats again with the poor customer service

I order a pepperoni pizza today for lunch. I Was not pleased because the pepperoni placed on the pizza was like they were doing me a favor. And the pizza was under cooked.
