What Coleman Mills doesn't like about Deer Park Tavern:
We asked to sit inside in our reservation. We were brought to a table. The host said we had to sit outside because there were not enough chairs. We asked if we could bring an outside chair in, they said no. We sat outside. Three seconds later they brought an outside chair inside to the same exact table for a different party. Really annoying. And then our service sucked. View all feedback.
It is a historical place so that the fact that they can sit there and eat in a sanitary condition is award-winning, it is itself. eating was great the only place they get outside a Chinese almost food restaurant cheese steak egg roll. to describe them, I would say omg, then my mouth water?,... last, because I don't detail everything, I am a firm believing salate and tomaten should come on every burger, although no fee!
The good one came quickly. this is a typical college town tavern with the only plus point is free parking. the main street is traveling and has paid parking. the pizza was in order, tables were unclean and I sat in a suboptimal area where I would get whipping the toilet room. I dared not go to the toilets
The Deer Park is always a great place to to meet friends and family for good times! Food is excellent and the drinks even better! Always a go to, happening place in Newark! Bring your mug and stop by for the weekend brunch and **** Mary bar!

The BBQ pork Mac and cheese was phenomenal! I was blown away at how tasty it was. The service was perfect! I can't wait to eat here again!
